Tom Fleischman, 1951 – , fabled re-recording mixer of dozens of well-known feature films, he mixed Dialogue with a Woman Departed, 1980. Fleischman is the son of the great editor, Dede Allen and Steve Fleischman, ABC and CBS news producer. His feature credits include Silence of the Lambs, Goodfellas, and Silence.

Dick Vorisek, 1918-1989, legendary sound engineer, post-recorded (mixed) the sound on almost all of Hurwitz’s films after 1950. Vorisek mixed hundreds of films, and was nominated for an Academy Award for his work on the feature film, Reds.
